Cyclists will explore this region of Italy while traveling along the vine covered Langhe hills, visiting the great Barolo and Barbera vineyards, and enjoying the stunning Italian landscape. Evenings are spent exploring the distinct treasures of Piedmont cuisine as Josh brings his own individual style to life - incorporating the freshest of local ingredients paired with these incredible regional wines - all inspired from the surrounding land and the Piedmontese way of life. La Morra Ristorante is owned by husband and wife duo Josh and Jennifer Ziskin. Jennifer Ziskin, Owner and Wine Director, hand-selected La MorraÂ’s wine list single-handedly after extensively studying wine, and she will be sharing her knowledge with guests on this tour. Josh and Jennifer made the focus of a recent trip to Italy on viticulture to perfect and make additions to La MorraÂ’s impeccable wine list. The ZiskinÂ’s at one point lived in La Morra, and their expertise of this areaÂ’s food, wine, and culture will offer travelers an inside perspective during this cycling tour for foodies.
