 (EMAILWIRE.COM, October 25, 2011 ) Portland, OR – Pacific Lifestyle Homes has begun working on Daniel Park, a new neighborhood in Washougal. The groundbreaking began on October 7 of this year and lots are currently available to prospective buyers. The lots will range around 8,000 square feet, giving people enough room to build their dream homes.
A spokesperson from Pacific Lifestyle Homes stated: “We wanted to give people enough room have a nice home. With the available lot sizes, we will be able to offer home plans ranging from 1,800 to 4,500 square feet. Many of these homes will have three three car garages.”
Pacific Lifestyle Homes also said that they will be able to offer both single and two story homes. The homes will feature masters on the main level that we offer a nice private entry. Combining the kitchen and living areas to form great rooms will also be common. Other nice bonuses will be kitchens that have granite counter tops and hardwood floors. Front porches that are covered and ButlerÂ’s pantries will really enhance the style of the home. The homes will be selling in the area of the mid 200,000 range.
The spokesman for Pacific Lifestyle Homes continued to say that: “The location has some really great values as far as scenic river views go as it is near the Columbia River. The neighborhood is also close to many shopping areas, industrial areas. The drive to work is also easier with the freeway being close.”
