 (EMAILWIRE.COM, November 10, 2011 ) Dallas, TX -- Buff Water was acquired by KGRI to help with funding and assist the Company with its intention to make a public offering of its stock in the OTC:BB market. The acquisition was terminated and finalized November 8, 2011 due to The Keley Group not meeting the financial terms and responsibilities of the amended agreement.
“Our separation with KGRI does not affect our intention of going public,” said Chief Executive Officer Toni Oppliger. “Our business remains buyable and operational.
