(IT-NEWSWIRE.COM, March 27, 2015 ) Racine, WI -- Jacob Hoaglund, co-founder of Five J announced this week that they have been making informal "how to" video's on tips and tricks for their chalk marker pens. The videos are great because it puts the audience right into the middle of demonstrations for first time use of the chalk pens. The Hoaglund's have said that first time users sometimes have issues with working the markers at first.

The chalk markers are not like standard markers that are basically plug and play. These markers have to be shaken and then the tip has to be pushed up and down until the ink flows out, many people do not know that, so that is when Jacob thought a video demonstration would be easier than written directions.

Mr. Hoaglund briefly discusses the premise of his videos, "I am not a fan of writing nor a big fan of reading directions, and I know many people out there are the same way, so I decided to make a video for every solution to customers problems with these chalk markers . We find common things wrong with these markers in general, find a solution and give it to our customers."

The Hoaglund's are also big proponents of humor, so mixed in with their informational videos are humorous videos on all the different ways these liquid chalk markers can be used. Jacob feels it's a fun product so there should be fun videos to get a chuckle out of consumers.

The Hoaglund's also have many different variations of their product so customers can purchase one or two packs, holiday packs, seasonal packs and just released, sports team packs. These videos will be launched very soon announcing their different variations for consumers to purchase.
