Federation of American Consumers and Travelers to be featured on 21st Century Business Television series

FACT was formed under the not-for-profit corporation laws of the District of Columbia in 1984. It has a governing board of directors, comprised of four persons, who are elected annually by a vote of regular members. These directors must meet criteria adopted by the corporation in order to assure the continuation of FACT's selfless intents and purposes, maintain a high level of professionalism at the director level, and prevent any special-interest groups or self-serving individuals from assuming control of FACT for their own gain.
In the last twenty-five years of service to the American consumer, FACT has grown from a few members into an influential national corporation.
