Man v. Wyoming

Pull out your map and compass and explore the many trails of Bighorn National Forest and Cloud Park Wilderness. As evening approaches set up camp and fall asleep beneath the stars, breathing the fresh mountain air.

Trail Transportation: If hiking and hunting arenÂ’t really your thing, donÂ’t worry there are plenty of other adrenaline-filled options here. Rent a mountain bike and descend rocky terrain deep into the Tongue River Canyon. If the ground is covered in snow, try out some of the famous local snowmobiling trails in the Big Horn Mountains.

Inner Cowboy: For a pre-planned mancation, stay at a nearby dude ranch. Here, your inner cowboy can let loose as you learn how to rope cattle and ride horses. Ranches also offer access to guided hunts and great fishing on private lands. Generally they are all-inclusive with lodgings, food and sometimes fishing/hunting permits taken care of for you.

Head to Wyoming to lose the pampered city slicker and find your inner rugged outdoorsman.
